If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here; the “Effective Date” above will be updated accordingly, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Definitions

“VectorAI”, “we,” “us,” or “our”: VectorAI LLC, a company registered in Arizona, USA.
“User,” “you,” or “your”: anyone who visits the Site or uses the Service.
“Content”: text, graphics, images, software, AI models, and other materials provided through the Site or Service.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and confidentiality (including your password) and for all activity under your account.

4. License & Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site is owned by VectorAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Service for personal, non-commercial flight-training preparation only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any Content without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or AI models.
Use the Service to upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Share or sell your account credentials.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. User-Generated Content
If you submit feedback, comments, or any content (“User Content”):

You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish your User Content in any form.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers & No Professional Advice

VectorAI provides simulated, educational guidance only. It is not a substitute for FAA-certified flight instruction, official checkrides, or professional judgment.
THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTORAI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO VECTORAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT WILL VECTORAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VectorAI and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

By VectorAI: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
By You: You may cease using the Service at any time. Upon termination, sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 (survival), and 11 remain in effect.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any documents they incorporate by reference (e.g., Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and VectorAI regarding the Service.
